Parkour for Kids

Parkour is all about moving around, are you?

If you are aged 7-15 and want to learn to move in new and exciting ways, then come to our Parkour classes. At our sessions we like to have fun learning to move confidently through our surroundings using vaulting, swinging, climbing, jumping and balance.

Not only will you get fitter and stronger, but you will develop your coordination, body awareness, self-discipline, confidence and risk-assessment skills.
